About the Journal:

Solution and Surface Science is a journal covering all aspects of solution and surface chemistry of the materials in the form of liquid (fundamental and applied science). Studies of the transport, relaxation, dielectric, thermodynamic, spectroscopic, and thermodynamic properties of electrolytes as well as nonelectrolytes are emphasized. Focus is on molecular insight of a specific liquid or liquid system, particularly as it relates to structure, dynamics, and intermolecular forces, as well as the role of solvents in structural properties, dynamics, and thermodynamic properties. We welcome papers that address applications of chemicals (polymers, block bo-polymer, surfactants, ionic liquids, bile salts, binders), foods, drugs, agricultural science, biotechnology, along with soft condensed matter.

Submission Guidelines

Solution and Surface Science welcomes original, high-quality manuscripts that contribute to research and innovation in solution chemistry, surface science, and interfacial phenomena. All submissions must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere.

Manuscript Preparation

  • Manuscripts must be written in clear academic English

  • File format: Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx)

  • Standard manuscript structure:

    • Abstract

    • Keywords

    • Discussion

    • Conclusion

    • Acknowledgements (if applicable)

Abstract & Keywords

  • Abstract length: 150–250 words

  • Keywords: 4–6 relevant terms

Figures & Tables

  • Figures and tables must be numbered and cited in the text

  • High-resolution images with clear captions are required

  • Tables should be editable and not embedded as images

References

  • References must follow a consistent academic citation style

  • Authors are responsible for accuracy and completeness

Peer Review Process

  • All submissions undergo double-blind peer review

  • Manuscripts are evaluated for originality, scientific quality, relevance, and clarity
